In March 2022 we had a water leak in the kitchen. CORE was on the job within a few hours of the first phone call. All of the flooring though-out the house had to be removed, the subfloor and crawl space had to be dried out and all of the drywall and insulation had be taken out where it was wet. The attention to detail, providing us information on the entire process of getting everything repaired or replaced was facilitated by CORE. The professionalism could not have been better. Everyone at CORE was amazing and of their employees were great to work with!!!(they were in and out lickety-split) I would happily have them back in my home at anytime if needed!!! What should I do first if my basement floods?

Start with safety. Don't walk into standing water if it could be in contact with outlets, cords or appliances, and avoid touching floodwater, which can be contaminated. If you can do it safely, shut off the water source. Take photos of the damage for your insurance, then call us at (509) 520-0974.
