Restoration Across Walla Walla, Columbia & Umatilla Counties

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with two separate water damage incidents at our home within just a few weeks of each other. It was a stressful time to say the least, but the entire team at CORE was outstanding every step of the way.

Everyone we worked with was kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the process. The mitigation work was completed incredibly quickly, and the team even went above and beyond by arranging for the owners to handle our flooring installation so we could get our home back to normal as soon as possible.

Every team member was wonderful to work with, and the quality of the work was excellent. We are so grateful for their care, understanding, hard work, and dedication during such a difficult time.

The entire team was also very understanding of our nervous dogs who were still in training (and bark a lot). They gave treats, were patient, and took extra time for pets once the dogs warmed up.

We highly recommend CORE — 10/10 experience.

The CORE Team brought a caring, empathetic spirit to an unexpected and emotional loss at our home. This personal and human touch made it feel not just business at hand but like we were being taken care of by our friends. They worked efficiently to get our damage cleaned up on time, which involved a lot of coordination on their part. They also communicated with our insurance company, taking that additional strain off of us. We are so grateful and encourage others in our wonderful community to choose CORE.

CORE Restoration was wonderful to work with! We had significant water damage to our house and they mitigated the damage in about a week. They were very prompt, professional and meticulous. I would highly recommend them.

I called CORE Restoration after our water heater flooded part of our business. They were there so quickly, provided an efficient estimate, and were able to conduct the work quickly and efficiently. When there were some issues with ordering items, they communicated effectively and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them again. Benton was amazing!

We have used CORE Restoration for multiple restoration projects. They were outstanding! They were quick to be onsite in our time of need, very professional, and exceptional in the work that they performed. They were very careful to ensure all affected materials were removed but also meticulous in making sure that what remained was left neat and made us feel comfortable despite having to live in the home while work was being done. CORE was very professional and communicated with us every step of the way as they advocated on our behalf with our insurance company, who was trying to deny full payment of our claim. Despite the claim process taking over a year, CORE stood behind us as if it was their own home on the line. I wholeheartedly would recommend CORE for any home restoration need.

In March 2022 we had a water leak in the kitchen. CORE was on the job within a few hours of the first phone call. All of the flooring though-out the house had to be removed, the subfloor and crawl space had to be dried out and all of the drywall and insulation had be taken out where it was wet. The attention to detail, providing us information on the entire process of getting everything repaired or replaced was facilitated by CORE. The professionalism could not have been better. Everyone at CORE was amazing and of their employees were great to work with!!!(they were in and out lickety-split) I would happily have them back in my home at anytime if needed!!! (hopefully, it won't happen again, LOL!)

Since I started doing business with CORE Restoration which is now going on four years, anything I have needed or wanted was done with complete confidence it would be done right. From the estimate through the actual work and then the follow up, CORE Restoration is one of those companies who put their customers first with their attention to detail and ensures their work is exactly what I, as a customer, expected. And that is why I have them on speed dial and will never hesitate to seek their guidance and help with any project I have, no matter how small or extensive knowing they are ones I can always count on.

We had a fire in our kitchen and ended up with smoke damage throughout our whole house. We had no idea the extent of the damage or the vast amount of decisions ahead of us. Having CORE walk us through dealing with the insurance made a huge difference!!! They were a huge support when we had SO MANY QUESTIONS, and were the go between to make sure we got everything that our plan covered. The end result was a beautiful new kitchen, restoration of all affected areas and peace of mind that we were well taken care of. Can’t recommend using CORE Restoration enough!!!

Core Restoration is a thoughtful and well versed in their craft. The owner is meticulously with final details and has a trained eye for visual appeal. They communicate well, dependable and at the time of our remodel Friday is their podcast days which I thought was great. They took a front door closet and my Pinterest inspiration and made it perfect.

We had the unfortunate experience of a huge maple tree falling on our home. Randy from Core restoration was there first thing the next morning and took care of having the tree removed that day. Benton was always involved and kept us in the loop on each project. Even after having to deal with insurance they made it much easier to get through. Everyone at Core is professional and fun to work with in a difficult time.

We were directed to Core Restoration after sustaining major water damage to our home. The team from Core were timely, knowledgeable and performed high quality work. They also helped us navigate several sticky insurance company issues. We would highly recommend them for any type of home restoration work. They were truly a pleasure to work with!

The Core Restoration team was prompt, courteous and professional when deconstructing our water damage. The end result after reconstruction looks great like nothing ever happened! We have used them for other home repair and remodel work as well. I highly recommend Core Restoration for home damage repair.

We engaged Core Restoration to fix a mold problem we discovered in our basement. They were very professional and did an excellent job of eliminating the mold and not only restoring but improving the area affected.

Thank you CORE and staff, you made things easier and helped things go smoothly from start to finish. Thank you Benton, for helping me clarify what things were going to be covered with the insurance company and ask questions that I wouldn’t have thought to ask myself, as this was my first time in this situation. From beginning to the end they really knew what they were doing and were so helpful!!! Five Stars.

We had a house fire and CORE Restoration's team swiftly and thoroughly cleaned the house. They handled communication with our insurance which was very helpful and offered us a peace of mind which allowed us to stay focused on many other details surrounding our fire. Thank you Randy, Danielle, Hannah, Benton, and crew. Excellent work and extremely professional and courteous.

Water damage in the basement. Core took great care of us from the day the incident occurred through to the finish work, we could not be happier. And they worked hard to get the insurance company to cover every detail of the restoration! Superb! I was kept up to date all the way through the process. This was the second time we had them come to help out, and would definitely recommend!

We used Core three times in 2022 for mitigations, and once in 2023 for a restoration. They always responded fast and did thorough work. We will use them again if we ever need to!

Core did an outstanding job of cleaning up our basement. Our sewer backed up and caused a lot of damage. They worked quickly to submit insurance info and create a plan to rebuild. We are very thankful for their hard work.

Excellent service! Awesome people to work with. I had a serious water damage claim at my home and they worked very hard with our insurance carrier to put us back to the condition we were in before the damage occurred. Highly recommended!

We had two upstairs bathrooms flood and also caused water damage to the kitchen on the main floor. It happened first thing in the morning and CORE was there by lunch and had everything opened up and fans going to start the drying process. They were very easy to work with and handled everything with our insurance company. I would use them for any and all emergency needs.

They did what they said they were going to do and did it for the price that they promised. They were efficient in a timely manner and met our needs. Will use them again when and if needed.

They have been nothing but professional, personable, and proficient! The few times we have called them there was an immediate response and resolved with such care to detail but also so quickly. They are our ONLY restoration choice!

Randy and team are responsive and thorough throughout the whole process of working with them to clean up after a disaster(s). Sarah is very helpful and patient holding your hand the whole way through. No one ever wants to encounter situations that would require calling a company like CORE - but they are the ones to call when you need help!

Great company to work with. Fast and efficient.

Working on behalf of local clients, not big insurance companies.

Best Restoration company for sure!

WOW what a great team! Thanks guys
