We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with two separate water damage incidents at our home within just a few weeks of each other. It was a stressful time to say the least, but the entire team at CORE was outstanding every step of the way.

Everyone we worked with was kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the process. The mitigation work was completed incredibly quickly, and the team even went above and beyond by arranging for the owners to handle our flooring installation so we could get our home back to normal as soon as possible.

Every team member was wonderful to work with, and the quality of the work was excellent. We are so grateful for their care, understanding, hard work, and dedication during such a difficult time.

The entire team was also very understanding of our nervous dogs who were still in training (and bark a lot). They gave treats, were patient, and took extra time for pets once the dogs warmed up.

We highly recommend CORE — 10/10 experience.

We have used CORE Restoration for multiple restoration projects. They were outstanding! They were quick to be onsite in our time of need, very professional, and exceptional in the work that they performed. They were very careful to ensure all affected materials were removed but also meticulous in making sure that what remained was left neat and made us feel comfortable despite having to live in the home while work was being done. CORE was very professional and communicated with us every step of the way as they advocated on our behalf with our insurance company, who was trying to deny full payment of our claim. Despite the claim process taking over a year, CORE stood behind us as if it was their own home on the line. I wholeheartedly would recommend CORE for any home restoration need.

In March 2022 we had a water leak in the kitchen. CORE was on the job within a few hours of the first phone call. All of the flooring though-out the house had to be removed, the subfloor and crawl space had to be dried out and all of the drywall and insulation had be taken out where it was wet. The attention to detail, providing us information on the entire process of getting everything repaired or replaced was facilitated by CORE. The professionalism could not have been better. Everyone at CORE was amazing and of their employees were great to work with!!!(they were in and out lickety-split) I would happily have them back in my home at anytime if needed!!! (hopefully, it won't happen again, LOL!)

We had a fire in our kitchen and ended up with smoke damage throughout our whole house. We had no idea the extent of the damage or the vast amount of decisions ahead of us. Having CORE walk us through dealing with the insurance made a huge difference!!! They were a huge support when we had SO MANY QUESTIONS, and were the go between to make sure we got everything that our plan covered. The end result was a beautiful new kitchen, restoration of all affected areas and peace of mind that we were well taken care of. Can’t recommend using CORE Restoration enough!!!

Water damage in the basement. Core took great care of us from the day the incident occurred through to the finish work, we could not be happier. We had two upstairs bathrooms flood and also caused water damage to the kitchen on the main floor. It happened first thing in the morning and CORE was there by lunch and had everything opened up and fans going to start the drying process.
